A letter to our patients:
We hope this message finds you well. We regret to inform you that as of October 25th, 2024, the Axis
Sports Medicine clinic in Eagle will be closing. We understand that this may cause an inconvenience to
our beloved patients in the Eagle and Gypsum communities.
However, we are excited to share that our staff will be relocating to our Avon clinic, allowing us to
consolidate and enhance your experience by offering more available appointments and a wider variety
of skills and specialties in one convenient location. We hope you will be able to join us in our new
location in Avon for your physical therapy needs.
Robyn will be helping as needed in Avon, and Brady will maintain a schedule close to what he had in Eagle. We hope you will continue your care with us in Avon, but we completely understand the challenges this change presents.
